A project not just close to home but actually is our home/base of operations is the construction of the NORTASECS office. Designed and constructed in 2022, the NORTASEC office took a duration of 2 months to be completed and deemed fully operational.

The construction of the facility involved preparing land, purchasing of infrastructure (metal container), furnishing of space and the installation of sophisticated security systems. The project’s budget was an approximate $3,600,000 which also covered the purchase of material and labour.

The team consisted of:

• 1 Supervisor

• 2 Carpenters

• 1 Painter

• 2 Welders

• 1 Mason

• 3 Security Technicians

• 1 Electrician

With the NORTASECS team specializing in various construction based areas a number of our specialized skills were implemented in the construction of our office. The construction of the NORTASECS office consisted of Welding and Fabrication, Electrical Works and Engineering Consulting.

Equipment used for construction consisted of:

• Welding Plant

• Cutting Set

• Grinder

• Roller

• Jackhammer

• Hand Tools

The total construction of our base of operations is one of our proudest projects to date and we truly hope to share our knowledge and skillsets with our future partners and clients.
